Imperial Kidswear debuts at Pitti Bimbo

The new Imperial (boy) and Please (girl) collections for AW13-14 debut at Pitti Bimbo. This fast-fashion project is the fruit of an Imperial Fashion/Altana SpA joint venture. Designed for children from 6 to 14 years, the collections follow the latest fashions and skilfully combine quality and style at a competitive price.

A rebellious attitude permeates the Imperial collection where we find – in true grunge style – maxi stripe or camo print knits teamed with check shirts with gradient-dyed effects. Vintage and torn jeans are paired with knitted and boiled-wool overwear to complete an edgy total look. Kurt Cobain, the 90s’ rock icon, features in the graphic motifs on T-shirts together with drawings inspired by British tattoos. The palette ranges from army green to lead grey and brown. The look also has lively touches of coral red on T-shirts decorated with skulls and studs.
