Do you wish to return something?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any product you purchased within 14 days of delivery of the parcel.
Returning a product is simple: inside the parcel, you will find a return label for you to attach to the package.
Do so in a way that makes it clearly visible (you can use adhesive tape if you want).
We suggest you reuse the original packaging (if intact) and simply replace the old label with the new one.
For each order, shipping for the first return is free of charge as long as it comes from Italy and you use UPS as the courier.
Conditions for returning items
Here at Imperial we verify that all items are supplied with a tag and are in perfect conditions before they are shipped.
The articles you wish to return are under your responsibility until they are delivered to our warehouse: please, package them carefully in order to avoid damages during transport.
All returns are inspected upon delivery. We do our best to accept all returned articles, which don't necessarily have to be sent back in their original boxes. However, in the unlikely event an item is returned in unacceptable conditions, we might have to send it back to you again and charge the shipping costs to you.
Once we have received your returned item, we will send you an email within 3 working days to confirm the refund.
We will refund you the amount paid for the item in the original bill (this is also true for items purchased during a sale).
The money will arrive in your bank account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on the payment circuit you used.
If you feel eligible for a refund over an item you purchased, but for whatever reason you can't return the item to us, it will be up to us to decide whether we can refund you or not.
IMPERIAL is not responsible for potential articles sent by mistake.
How to carry out the return
If you are a registered user, you can access the Returns section from "My account".
There, you will be able to select the order in question, the articles you wish to return and their amount.
You will have to select a motivation for the return from a drop-down menu.
How to package a return
The articles you wish to return are under your responsibility until they are delivered to our warehouse: please, package them carefully in order to avoid damage during transport.
If you wish to package your returns using the original packaging make sure to cover or remove all barcodes and stickers on it; then, you may attach the new label to the parcel.
The new label must be the only visible one, in order to avoid confusion when the package is taken over by UPS.
Booking a pickup
You can book a pickup by contacting UPS either via the telephone number 0039 02 30303039 (press zero, then zero again) or directly from their website www.ups.com (Shipping menu > Schedule a Pickup).
We suggest you to keep the shipment tracking number at hand, because it is required for booking a pickup. It will be found on the new label, below the barcode.
Delivering the return package to a UPS Access Point.
If you don't want to book a pickup, you can hand the parcel over at the closest UPS Access Point to your home. You will find a list of Access Points printed on the return label, or you may look for additional Points directly from the website www.ups.com (Quick start > Locations).
It might take up to 7 working days for your returns to arrive at our warehouse.
Once we have received and inspected the products, we will send you an automated email to confirm the refund.
We will refund you the amount due on the same card/PayPal account you used to make your purchase. It might take between 5 to 10 working days before the money will appear on your bank statement, depending on the timing used by the credit institution that issued your card.
