1. membership of, and participation in the Cool Cliché promotional event (the “Promotional Event”);
2. pursuit of the purposes indicated in the disclaimer that was signed at the same time as this document, to allow the use, publication and/or circulation of the Personal Data, also in print or by mass communication or any other form of communication, and on the website www.imperialfashion.com (including the transfer of the data to all the relevant persons, as necessary), also for commercial, advertising and/or promotional purposes of Imperial S.p.A.
3. email updates and all our promotional and marketing initiatives, even direct marketing, including but not limited to information on the latest collections, events and advertising campaigns organised by the Data Controller, (the “Newsletter”);
Your Personal Data must be provided for the purposes indicated in para. 1; the provision of your Personal Data for the purposes indicated in paras. 2 and 3 is optional.
With reference to the purposes indicated in para. 1, the legal basis for the data processing is your participation in the Promotional Event, in accordance with Article 6 (1)(b) of the GDPR; for the purposes indicated in paras. 2 and 3, the legal basis for the data processing is your freely-given consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

The data you provide will be processed mainly in print and/or by computer, under the authority of the Data Controller, by persons specifically mandated to process the data (in compliance with Article 2-quaterdecies of the Data Protection Act and Articles 28 and 29 of the GDPR). Proper security measures will be taken (Articles 5 and 32 GDPR) to prevent any data loss, unlawful or improper use of data and unauthorised access.
You may exercise your rights under Articles 15 et seq GDPR at any time, in relation to the access, rectification, transformation, blocking, erasure or limitation of the data processing.
